The men are rejoicing over a massacre that relief organizations fear resulted in the deaths of more than two thousand individuals in the African urban center of al-Fashir in recent weeks.

A City Isolated from the Outside

Following their control of the community under encirclement for almost an extended period, from the summer the RSF moved to reinforce its control and restrict the surviving inhabitants.
